How It All Began
The story of Devoted Culture actually began long before I ever owned a 3D printer.
Many years ago, I was sitting in church listening to my pastor read a Bible verse. I honestly couldn't tell you what the sermon was about that day, but one word jumped out at me.
Devoted.
It was such a simple word, but it felt incredibly powerful.
I remember thinking, That's how I want to live my life. I want to be devoted to the things that truly matter.
My greatest devotion is, and always will be, to Jesus Christ. My faith is at the heart of who I am, and that moment in church stayed with me long after the service ended.
I knew I wanted to create something around the word devoted someday. I loved what it represented: passion, commitment, love, purpose, and giving your heart to something meaningful.
The only problem? I had absolutely no idea what that something would be!
So the name stayed with me, waiting for the right opportunity.
Years later, after decades of running an automotive performance business, I discovered the world of 3D printing. What began with creating fun automotive accessories quickly grew into a love for making collectible ducks, personalized gifts, seasonal characters, and all kinds of little creations that bring people joy.
And somewhere along the way, everything clicked.
Devoted Culture.
It was the name I'd been carrying in my heart all those years, and suddenly it made perfect sense.
Because I wasn't just making things.
I was making things that represented what people were devoted to.
Their cars. Their teams. Their pets. Their professions. Their hobbies. Their faith. Their families. The little things that make them smile and the big things that give their lives meaning.
I loved the idea that something as simple as a little collectible duck or a personalized gift could celebrate someone's passion, tell a story, or remind them of something they love.
And just like that, the name finally had a purpose.
Devoted Culture was born from my own devotion to creating things that celebrate yours.
A Little Something for Every Passion
Today, Devoted Culture is a growing collection of 3D-printed collectibles, gifts, personalized creations, and original designs.
You'll find ducks celebrating everything from professions and hobbies to holidays and special occasions. You'll also discover custom school and team-color creations, automotive accessories, playful home décor, and thoughtful little gifts.
Some products are inspired by the joy of collecting. Others come from conversations with customers, friends, and people who share their passions with us.
One of my favorite examples is our Fruit of the Spirit Collection, which began with an idea from a wonderful elementary school teacher who wanted a meaningful way to recognize students for demonstrating positive character traits.
Together, that spark of inspiration became a collection of original animal charms designed to encourage kindness, love, patience, and other qualities worth celebrating.
It's exactly the kind of project that reminds me why I love doing this.
Sometimes the smallest creations can carry the biggest meaning.
Meet the Flock
Ducks have become a big part of the Devoted Culture family, and we affectionately call our growing collection The Flock.
From adorable animals and familiar everyday themes to holiday characters and whimsical designs, there's always a new personality waiting to join.
Our Flock Drop Friday series introduces sequentially numbered collectible releases, giving fellow duck enthusiasts something new to discover and collect.

Creating Something That's Ours
One of the most exciting parts of our journey has been developing Devoted Originals.
These are original products created specifically for Devoted Culture, developed from ideas and concept artwork into custom 3D models that we manufacture ourselves.
Our signature Devoted Ducks are just the beginning.
We're building a world of distinctive characters and collections designed to celebrate different interests, seasons, personalities, and passions.
Each new creation starts with a simple question:
What would make someone who's devoted to this absolutely love it?
Then comes the fun part—bringing it to life.
Made With Care, Color, and a Little Obsession
Devoted Culture isn't a giant factory.
It's a small, independently operated creative business where ideas turn into finished products on our own 3D printers.
Every product we ship is printed and prepared with care. From choosing filament colors to testing new designs and finishing the little details, we take pride in creating something that feels special.
We love experimenting, improving, and occasionally watching a printer run for an absurd number of hours just to discover whether a new duck is as cute in real life as it looked on the screen.
Sometimes things go perfectly. Sometimes we learn something the hard way.
But the excitement of seeing a finished creation never gets old.
